Michelle has been involved in the construction industry since 1996, and has held director level positions since 2004. She is responsible for the general management of the operations, including overseeing all administrative, business development, marketing, information technology, recruitment and personnel functions of the company. She has successfully organised and managed a number of key public events and seminars, including seminars on Design and Build, Impossibility and Supplemental Agreements. Also organised numerous in-house training for all parties in the construction industry from both the private and public sectors, targeting commercial and contractual aspects of construction contracts and the practical applications and effective administration to minimize risk.

She is a degree qualified psychologist, and a member of the British Psychological Society.
